What your course gets
Kaddy brings golfers from overseas who chose their caddie before they came. Your normal caddie queue does not change.
When a golfer can book the same caddie again, they come back to your course again.
Caddies have reviews and repeat guests to protect. So they take every round seriously.
Golfers pay first. The booking is confirmed before the round. Everything is saved in the app.
Golfers arrive with their caddie already chosen in the app. Their questions go to the caddie through the translated chat, so fewer calls and questions reach your front desk.
If a golfer does not show up or complains, Kaddy handles it. The app keeps check-in records.

Can our caddies use the app?
Yes. They only need one video. They film it on their phone. Kaddy checks it before it goes online.
Does this break our caddie queue?
No. Kaddy bookings are only for golfers who chose a caddie before their trip. You decide how a booked round counts in your queue. We send you the list the day before.
Do we pay or sign anything?
No. No cost, no contract. Kaddy earns a fee from the golfer only.
Which golfers does Kaddy bring?
Mostly golfers from Korea, China and Japan. The app also works in English for golfers from Singapore, the US, the UK and Australia. For Korean golfers, Thailand is the number one place to play golf abroad.
Is it fair to all our caddies?
Golfers choose by experience, languages and real reviews. There is no ranking by looks and no popularity numbers. Every caddie starts with the same booking fee.
What if they make deals outside the app?
A caddie's repeat guests, reviews and earnings history are all in the app. That is the best reason to stay in it. The chat also discourages contact outside the app.
