How do I book a caddy?
Browse caddies by video, experience and reviews, pick a date and time, and pay by card. Your caddy confirms within 60 minutes, and you are not charged until then.
What if my caddy doesn't show up?
Caddies must check in from the course before your round starts. If check-in doesn't happen, our system catches it before tee-off and looks for another available caddy at the same course. You decide whether to accept the replacement. If none is found, you're refunded in full and never charged. If you're already at the course and your caddy genuinely isn't there, report it in-app with proof and you'll be refunded in full after review. Caddies with repeated no-shows are suspended from Kaddy.
Is card payment safe?
Yes, your booking fee is charged securely by card. Just bring cash for the tip on the course.
What if my caddy doesn't speak my language?
In-app chat translates your messages automatically, so basic communication works even without a shared language.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel before your round. Refund terms depend on timing, check the app for details.
